  • desert boots offer better protection from heat and doesn't take into account swamping of the boot due to marshes.

  • most beautiful

  • :3 i have these boots for my Young Marines :D i need 2 spit shine them though :( can u show me how? >.<

  • @hideyoursorrows get the boot, and your cloth and rub the boot with KIWI shoe polish in small circles. apply everywhere. then set that boot off to dry and do the same thing to the other boot. then set the other boot to dry. get the first boot and spit on it. ( i lick the cloth with polish on it. better shine and that's how they taught me in bootcamp.) rub in small circles. spit at least twice in all areas with leather. buff to a gloss then set to dry. do the same for the other, use the brush

  • your boots are GODLIKE! i polished my boots for hours till i could use them as a shaving mirror but these boots made mine look sad in comparison

  • DID YOU USE PARADE GLOSS?

  • Mother of everything Holy! I have these exact boots... HOW did you make them look like this???

  • SHINY SHINY

  • Looks like a diamond in a goats ass!

  • Just work on the boot till its the same as the other . That's a good method .Just use what ever works for you im just giving tips from my experience . But keep me posted on how it turns out . It sounds a bit like i would do if a boot would shine to the same as the other .

  • Thing is they don't even require shined shoes in the modern day Army in America. They did when I was in though.

  • Nice job man, can i get you to do my parade boots? :D

  • u tied em wrong just sayin

  • R.I.P. discipline and attention to detail.

  • 1st

  • that argument made me laugh so hard :L

  • You can tell when someone has used wax and someone has used spit and polish . To all the cheats on youtube this is the real spit and polish job . Nice work cof44

  • @bulletheed1970 Shoe shine is wax, not sure where you're going with that unless you're suggesting Lincoln wax

  • @blah666ful Im just saying that you have used spit and polish and not went for the quicker and more lazy way of using wax "bees wax to be precise . Nice job ...

  • @bulletheed1970 What if I used Kiwi Polish the one in the tin can and used water instead of spit ? You can't tell can you? Because I use water instead of spit. Also when I first get my boots how many layers should I put before I start applying water? Also when I add the first layers should I add water or just wait til the polish dries and apply another layer then wait til the final layer to add water? Or should I add water and then add another layer?

  • @counkev What i used to do is wet the bulling rag completely soak it then strain it out .You only need the smallest amount of water to bull with .Never spit on your boots its just a term that people use and not really done . And there's less chance of knocking water over if its in the lid of the polish.. To start with put a thick layer of polish on your boot and let it dry for a good few days .Then with your rag wet put the smallest amount of polish on your rag and start bulling .

  • @counkev If one boot is bulling more than the other leave it for a couple of days to dry. It means the wax in the polish is still wet and grease and is just being pushed round by the rag.. When you see the shine coming through just breath on the boot .The moisture from your breath is enough to be able to bull with .. Little tip never buy 2nd hand boots . They have been broken in by someone else's feet and could course long term problems for your feet in latter life ..Ex corporal British army

  • @bulletheed1970 Yes, one boot is bulling more than the other. So I have now brushed shined it and also spit shined it, so should I apply another coat and let dry for the night or should I just let it dry as is right now? My method is apply a light-moderate coat of kiwi to boot let it dry for an hour then brush shine then wait about 10 minutes then I spit shine. It's a new method I am trying so we'll see how it turns out.

  • @Goethewrote good for you

  • @Goethewrote i cant believe you take the internet seriously

  • @Goethewrote how nice of you

  • Beautiful Shine!

  • that's incredible....

  • you should make a video on how to shine shoes because i would love to know how to get a shine like that

  • 5 minutes after wearing them, all the polish flaked off.

  • Thank you for all kind comments.

I spitshined these boots only to show you my skills. I don't use them as a parade boots :)

  • @cof44 Doesn't the polish come off on the sides of the boot as well as the crease of the boot (the part where the boot folds when you walk)? Also what method did you use to shine your boots? Because I can get an excellent shine on the toe and back of the boot, but on the sides and any other part of the boot I can't get that good of a shine and the polish will peal off... SO what method did you use please!!

  • I wish I had more hands so I could give those boots four thumbs up

  • Wat size are your boots?

  • OUTSTANDING!

  • HAHAHAHA . . . I SEE YOU ! ! !

  • how long did that take you????

  • @breakfastMcgull Read The Desciption, It Took 5 Hours

  • shiniest boots ive seen

  • I DON'T KNOW HOW SPIT WORKS ! MY SPIT DOESN'T WORK ! SAD FACE*

  • why did you blind me with shineness WHY?!?!?!

  • waiting for the worms

  • you have alot of time on your hands.......

  • Wow.....

    THATS SHINY!!

  • How do you get your boots that shiny?? try and try again I can't get my Young Marines jungle boots to look like that.

  • @GirlGeek007 It takes a very long time. I spend 30 minutes getting just the first part of the toe to shine. It can take several hours to spitshine jungle boots which is really the only correct method to clean them as a brush will spread polish on the nylon which will make them crusty and nasty. It could also be the leather on the boots. Are your boots those cheap $30 dollar ones or actual "Real Deal" Jungle boots? I wear Altama's and they're excellent and shine and hold one very easy.

  • i want those boots they look amazing asthetically

  • this isnt the cheater method with Leather Luster is it? cuz i can polish my jungle boots with just kiwi black polish topped with kiwi parade gloss black and get them looking close to this. its all the technique though i suppose.

  • singapore

im in ncc ( national cadet corps)and well we dun shine our jungle boots(no.4) , only our othr shoe ( no.3)

  • Okay, first off, great job. now the question. Did you do this to show off your mad skills at shoe shining or was it because you really pissed your RSM off? heh heh heh

  • Is 9XN size rare? Im 14 y old, and I think im gonna buy original jungle boots size 9XN. I heard that as extra narrow sizes are rare. And Im not sure about my leg size. Any help for me?

  • dang i have jungle boots but nowhere as shiny as those...impressive.

  • how long r ur feet!

  • The boot Model is manufacturing at? nice shining boot

  • Respect dude those bitches are CLEAN!

  • I am in Air Cadets (ftw!) lol--I use my own method of bulling which works well but how do you spitshine? Very good btw :)

  • @On3ShOtKiilz lol seriously? your in air cadets? me too! which country?

  • @2coolz4u England, Suffolk :)

  • @On3ShOtKiilz Thats cool, I'm from Canada tho, and our boots are much different than these :D

  • @2coolz4u sweet :)

  • "Any soldier with unpressed uniforms and unpolished boots, well - they're going to be skinned!" - Gen George Patton :)

    -C/2Lt from CT-021 AFJROTC

  • WOAH!YOU CAN SEE THE COLOR OF THE SKY...make a shoe shine vid please(so i can beat everyone in my jrotc prorgam

  • How did u get them so shiny obviously by spit shine but anything else any shining before that. Lemme Know

  • what's the point of this if you just dirty em up again in the field anyways? or are they just a garrison pair?

  • Here's an old technique which you may or may not know about...Rub the final shine out with a couple cotton balls under a faucet of cold water..Then blow excess water off..Finally soak a cotton ball off in "glow coat floor wax" or a similiar liquid floor wax..Squeeze excess wax out and apply with this cotton ball..It takes that spit shine to an another level...Next day sponge boots with hot water and reapply same procedure..

  • you can tell he went to the boot man cuz they look like theyll explode and shoot polish flecks out everywhere once he takes one step in them

  • @grimm61111 mate, im currently in the Australian Army Cadets and i have gotten my boots to shine like that without going to the boot man, i done it all at home, its not hard, you just got to put effort into it

  • Beautiful. Just beautiful.

  • DAMN!!! those are perty...i wish my cocorrans looked that good!

  • Lot of shit

  • Awesome Job! Can you keep the wax from flaking off when walking in them?

  • I like those boots i just dont like them in black. The Dessert boots are looks better than the jungle. I dont Serve but still love boots.

  • I bought a pair of those when I PCSd to Germany. It was cool bc they were a lot easier to shine than my old full leather ones. Comfortable, too. But, then we swiyched to ACUs - no more boot shining :)

  • Damn impressive them jungle boots gave me a hard-on. I'm a former marine and I use wet cotton balls, lighter, kiwi. I also use some good ole MOP and GLO to maintain that shine trust me it almost looks similar to yours. GOOD JOB showing some dedication , unlike some people here who I guess don't mine looking like a shitbag. SEMPER FI

  • @mrchino1978 The Mop&Glo finish is very impressive. I used it when I was in Georgia. Then once I went to Colorado, standing in formation for an inspection, there was a dead give away. when you have to stand at Parade Rest for 45 min in knee deep snow waiting for a uniform inspection, the M&G finish wont last, and at least in the Army Infantry, after they sweat the shortcuts out of you boot polish is a minor concern.

  • how I'd love to scuff those boots. ^^

Cudowne. Używam czarnej pasty kiwi... a dalej... próbowałem już różnych metod. Min. podpalałem i nakładałem, a później polerowalem...mam kumpla w kompani reprezentacyjnej ale on nigdy nie ma czasu by mi pokazać co i jak. Proszę daj znać..

  • There are 3 streaks on the tip of your boots, just saying :P.

  • HOLY SHIT THOSE ARE SHINY!!!

  • HOLY SHIT IM A YOUNG MARINE AND I THOUGHT WE HAD TO GET UMM GOOD I GET MINE LOOKING LIKE GLASS BUT MY UNIT HAS THE NORTHEASTERN REG COMMANDER AND WE HAVE BEEN UNIT OF THE YEAR 5 TIMES IN A ROW AND ABUNCH OF OTHER TIMES PLUS WE HOUSE 3 OF THE PAST YOUNG MARINES OF THE YEAR SO WE ARE LECTURED LIKE CRAP NICE JOB LET ME SEND U MY PAIR MAYBE U COULD DO EM also gudguy there great and the USMC'S past stand now they use digis and the army desert boots

  • wat size are they

  • good job! i want to polish my boots like that too :D

  • out standing!

  • Just beautiful...5 hours, I believe it. I have spent that on one boot, getting a good base polish when they're new. There are many different ways of going about this, but the only two essential ingredients are Kiwi and time.

  • @iDdosObama I am in B Coy Warwickshire and west midlands South sector my annual camp starts next saturday =P have a gd time oh... and I am in the Fusiliers what rank r u?

  • thats awesome.wish i was able to do that, but my boots are FUBAR. I spitshined them for 10 hours straight, bui they still didn't shine, so I'm going to get black para's with the side zipper.

  • you got that from 5 hours of work nice job man!

  • That is an outstanding shine. Great job.

  • omg i have those boots!!

  • Do you have a vid on how you did this?

  • imagine what will happen if a bird decides to take a dump right above your shoes.

Not cursing, just telling u dun ever put them in the open. :/

  • Wow. Just Wow. Can you upload a video showing how you get them like that?

  • now thats a fucking spitshine

    outstanding !

  • Anyone who dogs on you for spending 5 hours to shine your boots is a moron. It's called dedication people. Ultimately when this man is standing next to a shitbag with dull boots he will stand out. These jungle boots gave me a hard on. I got corc jump boots, I've seen jungle boots around but they've been worn by shitbags that don't shine them and I never had respect for them until now

  • I am thinking of Buying a pair of jungle boots because I am a member of the Army cadet force (UK) but because I am in the UK is it true I would need to buy a size bigger because of different shoe sisings ( I mean the US have different shoe sisings to the UK) and also how good are these boots for dill and turnout?

  • @gudguy25, Hi.

Hi. It is said that US sizes are smaller than British. I wear doc's boots in size 8, and my jungle boots and us combat boots are in size 8 W and they fit me well, but my corcs are in size 8,5 D. Note that there are different widths.

Boots are very good quality, but panama soles get worn down very fast and are not comfortable for marching. Try to find jungle boots with vibram soles.

  • @gudguy25 don't buy them

They are designed for places like Borneo (very hot, very wet, lots of moskitos) not for British Islands (quite cold, windy, for most of time quite wet)

  • @gudguy25 am in the acf 2 just but normal boots in a week i will post a vid on my cannle on how to do boots

  • @gudguy25 isn't it apart of your combats?

  • @gudguy25 wat det u in?

  • @gudguy25 Mate, I was in the army cadet force (UK) And i wouldent recormend jungle boots more for the fact of you would look very Odd because i havent seen one person wearing them.

  • great job man, huge respect for the dedication and time put on small-circling those bastards x). greetings from Norway

  • ALSO: To quote Forest Gump: Momma always says theres an awful lot you could tell about a person by their shoes. Where theyre going. Where theyve been.

Doing your boots shows great pride in ones self. Amazing job soldier.

  • omg your boots are awesome

  • Can i have them please LOL

  • that must have taken hours man

  • OOO! Those look gorgeous! I used to have a pair like those except they had eyelets all the way to the top.

  • Nice, boots remines me of the good old 80s soldiers

  • Thanks. Currently, soldiers in the US Army are issued tan roughout boots, and I am afraid that art of boot polishing will disappear :(

  • @cof44 well ya still have navy, Airforce, and Marines that still use black shoes.

  • @Cloakedsphere USAF still uses BDU's til 2011. After that, boot polishing isn't a concern wth battle uniforms.

  • @cof44 it dosent dissappear in the British army lol

  • @cof44

As long as cadet programs exist, boot shining will live!

  • @cof44 We still shine our boots in the coast guard!

  • @cof44 Nah, black leather boots still remain in some in-door garrison activities.

  • @cof44 i'm from Australian Army cadets and i gotta say those boots....they make me feel ashamed! :)

  • @cof44 Don't be, I will assure you that all of the USAF Demo Teams (like Viper East and the T-Birds) wear highly polished boots, and so do the blue angels. And don't forget the special men and women who wear jump boots with the ASU in the Army.

  • @GeneralUser1926, thank you.

  • Those are beautiful! I wish my shine looked like that! How long did it take you?

  • That's superb but, does it actually make you a better soldier? I somehow fucking doubt it!

  • rolexboy456, Yes.

Boots are best soldier's friend, if you learn how to take care of them, they can save your ass... or your feet :)

  • If you can look after other things such as your boots, and take pride in them. It shows you take pride in your unit/squadron/detachment etc. So yes, it does make you a better soldier, because if you can't look after your boots, then how the hell are you meant to look after yourself?

  • @iamgreatish aren't the boots supposed to be for combat? I think in reality, winning or losing in combat will not be dictated by how shiny your boots are.

So no, it doesn't make you a better soldier. It makes you a tool for wasting five hours that could have been spent doing something productive, like PT. That would make you a better soldier.

  • @p8nballsniper87 Not Necessarily, Parade Boots? Although i agree it is a waste of time, i also shows people the commitments you have in a way. For Example if you went to a show or something, and you had people with crap boots then people would think that they are just shite and not worth them being there.

In a sense, it boosts the thoughts of other people.

  • its all about discipline, if you cant be bothered to polish your boots, then how can superiors expet you to maintain your weapon system in the field.

  • @matteeu I understand that. Trust me. But the point I was trying to make was that the boots had TOO much time spent on them. No matter which way you look at it they are boots for combat. And as the old adage goes, no inspection ready unit ever passed combat.

And no combat ready unit passed inspection. does that mean it's okay to go around looking like a bag of ass? no. but understand that THAT much time making combat boots look like that could be better spent.

  • @rolexboy456 You obviously never served. Fine job soldier. Shining your boots makes the people serving above you notice that you take the time to make yourself look the best that you can look, and in turn makes you feel the best that you can feel. Taking care of your appearance is essential to portraying yourself in the proper manor for a United States Soldier, the best & hardest job in the world.

  • those MF boots look like Glass , tropp you are well on your way

  • dude, you gotta post a how-to video on spit polishing, i want my parade boots to look as good as that!

  • you must fire polish them :p i no spit polishing doesnt come up that good

  • haha this is hilarious my staff would kick man ass if i spit shined my combats

  • y the fuk would u bull junglies u freak

  • Out.Freaking.Standing.

  • how do you shine them like that?

  • @puffpowderchowder, I use standard Kiwi polish and wet cotton ball ;o)

  • A lot of boot vids on Youtube, it must be a fetish thing right? I have a boot fixation of sorts, though I can't say it's sexual. But I do love a good, solid, and shiny ( though not too shiny ) pair of ass kickers.

I rock a pair of size 14 Corcoran cap-toe field boots most days. And my old Timberlands sometimes.

  • I am not gay, nor am I a fetishist.

    I'm just a soldier.

  • Fair enough. Although, some of the shiny combat boot vids on Youtube scream fetish, so I had to ask.

  • really 5 hours? , i have altame jungle boots and found that if you bull them really fast you can do it in about 2 hours

  • brilliant shine, but jungles arent the best parade boots, to be honest

  • I have corcs for class A uniform, see my other videos ;o)

  • nice try, spray can spit shine

  • dude i have the same type boots and mines are almost there L:D

  • looks like something artificial, like black glossy spraypaint

  • this is now the Officially the *Shit*

    yea Out fucking standing :)

  • outstanding, soldier

  • Wow, Great job on those boots. Your military dress shoes must look like black mirrors. Thanks
