Fleabush doesn't get in trouble with the government for ruining the trees on government land, he should be in trouble with the humane society for cruelty to animals. And to think, it was really Col. Fleabush's fault this happened. If he had gotten rid of the woodpecker himself, is trees wouldn't have been wrecked.
