True, that's not the whole story. During the roll call, there were 13 votes for Paul, 2 votes for Romney, and 13 votes unaccounted for (I have reliable information that at least 2 of those were for Paul, but likely more, if not all of them). At the end of the roll call, states were offered the opportunity to change their votes. When the totals were announced, Paul was left with 5. A subsequent motion to show the count as unanimous passed on a voice vote from a mostly empty floor. Truth hurts...
I'm not sure what the word "clain" means. The video is actual footage from the convention. I took it myself. If you don't believe it, there's not much I can do about that...
I guess Sarah Palin failed to get those extra 5 votes.
