I'm starting with make up and I love your vids. As for blending, I notice the idea is; you blend sets of colors from inner corner out or another way to blend is bottom lid up. And I notice you often do lighter colors in inner corner to darker ,for the first way. Then with the other way darker on bottom blending to lighter as you go up. I s that right? I actually don't draw them to my hair, but thanks anyway. Since you're supposedly a model for a&f, I seriously doubt you have a whole lot of room to speak on the application of makeup.

The intent is good and the photos are generally good, but the process is missing.

Most of the battle in applying makeup is in the application technique which isn't touched upon at all. Showing the before and after doesn't help me get there.

I want to see the application in motion with some commentary explaining what is being done and why it is done that way so I can get an understanding of how to work with the materials. neekie5235 messed it up because there was no guidance through the process.

thanks! And for brushes, I use Sonia kashuk's small eyeshadow brush..and her small angled brush. Those two are my main ones. As for how long it would take, I'm not sure! Try it and see how long it takes!

I've never tried the UDPP, other than seeing and trying it on my hand at sephora or someplac.. annnd I was not impressed at all. Its too much of a liquid and then it dried, too dry..if that makes sense. I prefer the shadestick to everything. It never creases on me, but it stays moist enough to make the colors pop.

Wow...well I got a gift cert for christmas and the store had a few of the shadesticks. AND they had beige-ing! You know I had to get it. I used it on myself...(i did carmindy's 5 min face) and it lasted the whole day! I used it on a bride i did...but since i didnt stay for the wedding i won't know how it did. i will have to use it on myself again. I never found UDPP to be too dry...but at least now i have alternatives!! thanks Lauren, you rock!
