@guitaHer099 as mentionned by others, read a novel called "the stranger" by Albert Camus and you'll understand the meaning of the song which is also the underlying theme of the book :"whatever i choose it amounts to the same, absolutely nothing" ... as you're not the only one having difficulties in understanding more than one sentence in a song, they've changed the title. if you'd opened your ears, you'd hear that he's actually saying "killing another". Is your self righteous conscience happy ?

Yep, the song is based on Camus's 'l'etranger' and the main character shoots this Algerian guy on a beach. Camus spent his time fighting inequalities between Europeans and 'natives' in Algeria, and he was just the exact opposite of a racist. Everything is so PC nowadays it's crazy! Apparently the song is now called 'killing another' but was called 'kissing an Arab' once...

Grah, I don't see why everyone has to be so sensitive. I mean, it's just a song, not some sort of way of saying I want to murder all you or something. Also, of course "Killing a Jew" because since the war most countries are sensitive since the Holocaust. But, make it Killing a Brit or Killing an American and I don't think people would have cared much. I just don't see why people get so hurt when that only facilitates more taunting. >_>

I understand that this video is taken from Albert Camus novel, but the song title" killing an Arab" should have never been used. The Rock & roll teenagers do not understand Albert Camus, but they do understand racist hatred. I believe he's actually singing "I am the stranger killing another". He's changed the lyrics he sings due to political controversy.

Nice video. I was there for the show and I just remember after the last song, Robert thanked the audience, walked from one stage to the other with hand on his heart, looking at the crowd in all directions and finally giving a two handed thumbs-up sign for everyone present! You have captured all this footage! Thanks for that.
