Obviously you have never ever had a real job. I know tons of people without college degrees that are in charge of people with masters and bachelors degrees on an everyday basis.

It's easier to answer your question by telling you which majors are good. Think nursing or just about any other medical majors.
Liberal Arts degrees are a huge waste of time and money.
