I would guess, its not an actually valid certified certificate. May work for some things, but likely don't have all the stuff on there. Because it's not a real copy.
Just Woundering. Here in BC when you get a copy of your "Live birth record" they put a header along the bottom " for Genealogy" Its not a true Copy of the document. Does this in any way make it less valid from the one my parents filed when i was Born?

At court: you say you need answers to a few questions to understand the nature of the proceedings, and ask:
Am I entitled to a fair hearing? (Answer is always yes)
Would a conflict of interest prevent me from obtaining that? (Yes)
Would that be grounds for dismissal? (Yes)
Who does the prosecutor work for? (hesitant "State of __")
Who do you work for? (duh, "State of __")
I believe that would constitute a conflict of interest. I move to dismiss
