Haunts, its McCabe. Member the good old days at Seth's house? im tryin to put together a street fighter party at my restaurant, hit me up if u want to come
Sorry but haunts seriously looks like 90% of the sagats I see. Not a huge poongko fan but it was pretty obvious it wasn't a serious match for him..hes a lot better than this guy
yeah definitely agreed poonkos game would boost through the roofs if he played more defensively but in my opinion, i don't think poongko cares to much, playing like that is probably a lot funner for him.
but that aint poongko man... poongkos the one thats fun to watch... He's the one that wants to keep it a fight rather than a chessmatch. even daigos matches can get pretty boring sometimes...
Poongko was mess with him in the beginning. Random ultra? Stop block after crossup? Until later he realized he is losing face, then he started fighting serious.
Dude he obviously was just fucking around the first game or either nervous cause of the US atmosphere. But you can see his style changes quite clearly after the 2nd round of 2nd battle. Props to haunts tho.
And if Haunts wasn't so nervous about playing Poongko, he would have rocked him even harder. Poongko is decent and all but Haunts smacked him up in the long run. I mean, he got a perfect on him for god's sake, was a hit away from taking both sets.
great stuff, one thing I noticed is that the screen doesnt zoom in/out all the time as the home version....I want this at home too!! hate the "dynamic" camera in the home version.
Poongko is a highly aggressive player who plays a lot on instincts and looking at player reaction, like when you see at about 3:07, he saw haunts do fireball into jab, he thought that was a fireball, hence the random super.

If Poongko was a chess player, he'd definitely open with the pawn move e4; aggressive play style.

Too many risky ultras for Poongko. He's awesome at FADC, so he should just wait for the opportunity.
SmokeyAmp 2 years ago
I think poongko would be better if he played more intelligently and less on just instinct.

Poongko haciendo un random Ultra en el 1:20 ????

Man. Poongko's style is too risky. He seems to take a lot of unnecessary gambles.

Is the national tournament allowing players to use sticks cuz i know most stores didnt allow them in the first two rounds.
RivalBattousai 2 years ago
Had to bring your own stick. I dunno whose stick I was using, Poongko had a custom stick of his own.

What was up with Poongko's random Ultras? He had full EX meter on one of those, could of FDACed.
