Illa J's album was great, but he is no way near Dilla right now. All of the beats on the yancey boys were dilla beats. But Illa J can sing to so if he starts to produce to a decent standard I certainly wouldn't hesitate to put him up there with the likes of dilla as one of the best to do it.
