Everyone acts like this phone is like carrying a ps2 everywhere you go. its not that big. I like it, but Im coming from an eris so idk how it compares to everything. I wouldve gotten this if the battery wasnt shitty.
@FC1032 I guess to each his/her own, right? Some WANT the branding, as it clearly marks what device they've got and they're PROUD to put it on display.
Then too, walk around most vehicles, and you'll find not one, but NUMEROUS decals, stickers, emblems, etc that identify that the car is a Toyota, Chevy, etc...
As far as the phone goes, wrap it with a skin, or put a case/cover on it.
The countoured/molded case ALSO "brand" this phone, so it is what it is! :)
2 things that turn me off from this product (and these keep showing up on HTC products):
Battery life
Thickness
I'm going to have to read up more on battery life (only read it on Engadget) as it's one of the main factors when I choose a phone (I would've loved if you guys mentioned whether or not it was good/bad) but the thickness at this point in smartphone competition, 13.7mm? Smartphones are pushing the boundaries of the size that can fit in our pocket as it is; at least make it thin.
