I think its Red vinyl, but if it is painted you would have to sand it down a little then paint/primer it.

Drilled new license plate holes on the side, and vinyled over the old holes.

I own a 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer GT like the blue one that was shown although that might have been a GTS, too lazy to look through again to see the rims. Interested in going to these meetings, where would I be able to go to be apart of this?

No it's really an evo X, just wingless with a carbon fiber trunk lip spoiler.
