It's not really a roll bug, it's just an ambigious crossup. After rekkas, roll forward right into them. It helps if you can delay the last hit of the rekkas to give you more frame advantage to roll in.
Yes, the first set of matches (that have no crowd noise) has some pretty distorted sound. But the other half of the matches don't (the ones with the crowd noise).
dakou is just messing around with the Japanese player, his Kyo is too much for his opponent
