thanks for the videos been checkin it out . great advice. keeps me motived im always looking for a good strength cardio and conditioning combo. that i can do in 30 min 4 night a week. im 53 just trying to stay in shape. im doing what steve maxwell calls the omelet.
@snamone I noticed the same thing, I've tried some of these workouts and they're tough! Maybe it's genetics. Evolutionarily speaking, it doesn't provide much benefit being excessively lean or bulky, but you'd think with so much ability he'd at least look like an MMA fighter/300 movie character.
@TonyHubris Trust me...not genetics. It's taken a lot of hard work to get to the level of strength I'm at and gonna take a lot more to get to the next level for me. If it were up to genetics I'd have a much higher bodyfat %. All comes down to diet. I eat clean most of the time but to get to that level (300 character) for me or most people for that matter takes a lot more work and discipline. All part of the plan though!

@fueldrop most definitely takes practice but everyone that's mastered it says the same thing "damn, my forearms!" it's a sneaky bastard. Start light. Even if you could just straight curl the weight, go through the same motion as the swing.
No Offense to you Marcus, but how come Mark doesn't make video's anymore :( , and yea I kinda have a Man Crush on him , his hair is badass, mine is close to it but not curly lol.

Good workout, especially the alternating pshups, but for the mid-pull I found it difficult to get the KB to go back down smoothly.
