After I finished watching the video, I just smiled. It was me three years ago. I want to be rich, but yet I want to be comfortable, I want to be right, I follow the crowd, to get other people’s approval. However, when I started to think that I have to WIN, everything changed. I put a 100% commitment to WIN. 100%, not 90% or even 99%.

Cautious type is the first one she mentions. Very analyltical, detailed, Supportive personality type and man do they LOVE having everything but...scared to get hurt, make mistake.

Third is Influence type, fourth is Dominant. Go getters but they sound rude, but donn't mean to be. None of these four are wrong personality. Just good to know ourselves so you can help the person more.

Kim did a great job there. Liked the way she intrepreted the DISC personalities.

But here how it is..

Like kids, teachers or mothers say, "God, something is wrong with him. He's always hyper." Or, "He's just not bright. Can't study for one hour."

It's not because there's anything wrong with the child. What's wrong is the teacher and parent do not understand the personality of the child. Causes major problems with parents today and companies too.
