@QBhooter It is simple to point a video camera at an eagle ray and shoot. You are not chasing after it. Your drifting along and you come across these things and get a chance to get some video as it swims around. You just slow yourself a little to get more video. Usually you see them only for 30 to 40 seconds then they or you are gone.
I seen one in Tulum 6 years ago in the lagoon. Then I seen one jump from the water while sitting onshore.
