Great stuff, this sounds eerily simlar to the ones i have captured recently, it even sounds like you can hear a faint pop or snap sound just before the EVP, this is common when you capture EVPs. The words "DON'T MIND MY" are easier to pick up than "STAYING HERE" because the voice starts dying down but I made the assumption that "STAYING HERE" is what it was saying.

The slower, lower pitched one starting 5 seconds into the clip begins and ends saying "DON'T MIND MY STAYING HERE" and right when it says "MY" you start hearing the higher pitched vocal in the background yell "GET THE HELP!"
