How did that airplane get in outer space?

The airplane got into outer space the same way the horse Miracle got from the Roman Empire to the time of the French Revolution. As it was said in "History of the World Part I"....."The movies is magic."

Actually, it's from the reissue of it from the Mid-1930's, hence the logo use at the time.
