Bricked Blackberry Bold 9000

Had same prob, found when I put it to charge on the bb bold 9000 dock instead of plugging charger directly into the phone it miraculously came to life after about 10mins!!! Try it and see if it works for u!

Seem to happen every time my phones battery completely dies, I get the same thing showing in ur video, when I plug the charger into the phone nothing but when I charge it on the dock... Bingo!!!

I really hope this helps guys as I know how frustrating it is when ur phone suddenly dies.

I put my blackberry to charge and all that it shoes is a battery and the electricity symbol in the middle ive charged it for ine whole day and nothing happens...... SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

TO FIX THE PROBLEM DOWNLOAD DESKTOP MANAGER.

BACK IF NEEDED.

THEN GO TO UR MAIN DRIVE EG C:/

THEN GO TO PROGRAM FILES/COMMON FILES/RESEARCH IN MOTION/ LOADER

OPEN LOADER AND PLUG UR BB TO THE LAPTOP AND KEEP LOOKING AT THE SCREEN UNTIL IT SAYS PING:UNKOWN IMMETIADLEY PRESS NEXT TO PREVENT THE BB FROM REBOOTING.

THEN CHOOSE APPS U WANNA DOWNLOAD WITH THE OS RELOAD

THEN U HAVE A FUNCTIONING BB AGAIN LOL.

THIS GUIDE PROPOSES THAT U HAVE THE BB SOFTWARE INSTALLED ON ur pc

i need to do de downgrade also in my BB Bold 9000 but i need the OS 4.5 and i can´t find it anywhere, do you know where can i download it, please i´m desperate at this point???

Did not work with my Bold. Tried it several times.

If your BB is under warranty, just get a new one.

i have the same problem.. it was on v.4.6 and i need it do go back to v.4.5 were do i downgrade it???? helpppppppp

the solution should work, just find use the 4.5 version instead when you reload the OS.
