@trainmandan05 Well, they did a cosmetic restoration to her, and she looks good. You can see her in my "Civil War at the Train Museum" video. The problem would be- do you want to run an engine that old?
@atsf7809 Not at this time. All the restoration efforts now are geared to fixing the engines (most built prior to 1900) damaged in the roof collapse first. They have fixed 2, 1 is in the works, and 2 more are still in need of repair. After that they will probably restore the B&O 2-8-2 and 4-6-2 that are now indoors, and the C&O streamlined Hudson. So we're talking years of work already on the schedule before they can get around to any of the other engines needing work.

Great Video! Now what should be happening after you see the william mason head back into the yard the 1200 should head out on the line with the caboose train departing from the Car shop like where the 1200 is in this video!
3 right now. This one, the St. Elizabeth Hospital saddle tank #4, and the Lafayette, a replica built in 1927. However, there are 2 others that used to work until recently- the Tom Thumb replica, and Clinchfield #1. The museum has a restoration facility now. Once it finishes repairing the locos in the roof collapse, others could be restored to operation. If there's a place to run them.
You guys should restore B&O 0-8-0 #57 to working order.
