@carissamjohnson If you are really craving chocolate, just mix up some, but don't eat a bunch, it's there for those severe cravings we get....LOL....but if you eat too much, you won't loose for the day...

HCG thing, lol, you need to read Dr. Simeons "pounds and inches" also you can read Kevin Trudeaus book, "The weight loss cure they don't want you to know about" It will explain hcg. Plus you can see Kevin Trudeau under my favorites on youtube, he is at the Greenvalley spa in Utah and talks about hcg there as well. It suppresses your appetite, so that you can go on a 500 calorie diet and loose weight, the great thing is afterwards you reset your metabolism.

HCG is not for bodybuilding, it's for weight loss, I'm not sure what you mean by the cut down phase. You mean to loose weight for bodybuilding? I do know someone who used HCG before they started body building, they did it to loose the fat. HCG won't take the muscle away, just your fat. Hope this helps!

I know that. Also used by ballet dancers, read Patrick Swayze's newest book, he talks about taking injections and a 500 calorie diet to loose all fat years ago for ballet dancers.

Your sister's mixing vlog was good. I was surprised that your mixing is much different than what I do. Ratios are different and that's OK. It's working for all of us and that's what counts. Keep up the good work ;-)

Yes, she did do a great job! I am going to do one too. Your ratio's are different. Were doing 200iu of the HCG in a 100cc injection. Our HCG came in an amount of 5000, and we mix it with 25ml of bacteriostatic water. That is for 25 days they say.

You can use baby oil too you know. That works great and is allowed in P&I. It doesn't leave you with a greasy feeling either. I've used it for years. It's great to put on your legs right after you shave too.

I had some of the Choc. Delight last night, and had a small .2 gain. But I think it's due to still being TOM. It was good though! I think I might try the Coconut oil for skin too!

I know isn't it good? MMM, first chocolate in 25 days for me, actually longer than that, and it's not like I was craving chocolate, it's just that it tasted good. Yeah, TOM will do that unfortunately! You'll get back on track!
