Why would some one do such a thing to the poor horses... That is unnatural the horses must have been scared in to doing that.. The poor things look in pain and have fear towards there owners I wish they didn't have to go through that ........THAT IS PURE CRULTY!!!!!!!!!!
I think his front and back feet were tied together, so he couldn't really do much but that. Obviously he's trained to do it, but the tying of the feet just make it so that's all he can do..

@jenniekinnunen I'm sure you do not know how these horses are trained, therefor you shouldnt criticize their training, especially since they seem to be doing exactly what theyre told. And a lot of the moves performed in the 'dance' are also performed by the lipizzans and andalusians in Classical Dressage. And all of those horses are all in fine shape. I do think some of these moves are a little extreme and not the greatest thing for a horse's legs, for the most part, the horses look fit enough.

My horse that I'm buying in a few months has been showing hunters 4 ft for 11 years!! He never would do that and I hope no one would try to do it to him either! I don't see how people who love horses find this enjoyable to watch. The horse isn't relaxed nor are his movements natural and flowing. I have no doubt that the training methods to make him do this are harsh and include ropes around his legs. In my opinion, it's ugly and doesn't show a horse's natural grace and beauty. Whatever culture one is in, there are plenty of things that horses are made to do that are cruel, unnatural, and hard on the horse.

U r just stupid ..these horses r trained horses for dance steps on drum beat. Its much better that no one is riding over n nailing them like they do in the western countries, kick them, poke them. How about tat "bull fighting" in damn Texas, or on the streets of Spain ...don't u find tat cruel nasty tat we do in the west ?! why don't u stop tat tradition before u point out something much decent n humane than yours. .things tat u can't do better than other . u jealous about it ....looser !
