Kakashi's father is Sakumo Hatake also known as the White Fang.

The second Hokage, Tobirama Senju, is the great uncle of Tsunade, and a member of the Senju clan. His father never became Hokage nor would he have a chance since he was hated in his village for failing in missions in order to save his friends. He ended up commiting suicide. If you read the last chapters in the manga so far where Kakashi's father shows up you'll see that the 2nd Hokage looked nothing like the White Fang.

i think the senju clan was a more powerful clan than people think. i think they could control three elements, water,earth,air. the first hokage was able to use wood by combining earth and water. second hokage was able to use water and also ice techniques by combining water and air. so i think they was pretty much a match for the uchiha clan and also that the reason madara lost to the first was probably because of this.

actually while controlling elements is not specifically a bloodline and a person can use more than 1 after hard training but these people can only use the elements seperately. however When u are able to combine& use both elements together then that's keke genkai. for example haku was able to use that ice mirror jutsu by using both water&air to create wind and that was his keke genkai. so i'm not wrong, if u want proof go read the manga chapter 316 and you'll see
