Extradition will always happen unless he was in Mexico AKA: south America will only refuse to send the refuge back if the sentence will be of greater harm than they're laws are. If he would receive the death penalty that would not only be ironic but in that case Mexico would most likely jail him in they're jails on a life sentence.

Mike will NOT be arrested because it was his family who paid for the memorial and his funeral. The insurance was not cashed out, they simply requested a refund of the policy payments Mike had already made which was 3 Million USD. Do you actually think Mike only insured himself for 3 Million???
