  • Most of these moves are used in Bassai Hyung in Tang Soo Do...

  • EXELENTE ME ESTA CIRVIENDO PARA REPASAR MI EXAMEN PARA CINTA NEGRA 1° DAN.

  • THANK U! i didnt know i needed to know this form for my testing and im testing tomorrow for my red thank u(:

  • I'm pretty sure the martial artist in the video was just trying to demonstrate the movements and techniques instead of performing the little details that people look for in tournaments. Come on guys...a little support for our brothers. Thanks.

  • the pattern starts at 1:05

  • These guys are good but my master is way better than this

  • nice vid, very helpful for learning the form quickly

  • First of all, I'm a huge fan of poomse. But what bothers me is people think they can just memorize the movements and say they know it. That's not good enough, they have to perform them with power, balance, timing, grace and rhythm to say they really know it.

  • @eugene680 I train under Master Ron Southwick at MSU, and I must say that I feel the same way. We are one of the few schools that do Palgwe and Taeguk. And there are times to where he does feel like poomsae does not get enough credit. And I feel the same way. I think poomsae is more of a challenge to yourself more then your opponent like sparring is.

  • Im pretty sure this is WTF

    this vid was very accurate

  • lol Fatty you need to get on a diet.....and some of your stances are just bad....

  • Wow. Actually, I'm not that impressed. :/ I don't like his stances. And something about it...just doesn't seem right. Hrm.

  • i went to his school

  • nice real leg side kicks.

  • Al last i remember how to do Palgwe Chil Jag

  • this poomsae is easy

  • is grand master park an ITF or WTF?

  • That is a WTF dobok.

  • wtf i believe

  • It's looks hard but it's pretty easy to get once you pratice it! ^_^

  • is this won chik park

  • Great Videos - very clear and descriptive - would you have Palgwe 8 ? These are great for training.

  • complicated
