Turn off

3 - sec Power button

10 sec- hold power and home

20 sec - reales power, but don't let home button go

Connect to pc/mac

Restore using itunes :D

Okay this is not related to iphone but my brand new pink nano won't turn on even after being connected to the USB. It needed a recharge so I hooked it up and nothing. Dead. My red one works fine from the same port. I bought it on Amazon. Can I take it to Apple store with the receipt or do I have to send it back. What a pain in the ass.

while connected to the computer (dont use the base) press the sleep and home button at the same time while its booting up, it will shut off..keep holding the two buttons and it will come back on..keep holding still then it will say something about hooking up with itunes. restore it and you will be fine!

Well Guys, i know how to fix this fucking problem.....

Run iTunes......but iPhone/iPodTouch does not be connected.....

If your iPhone is showing the CommandLines just reset it by pressing the homebouton and de sleep/wake at the same time......(release the boutons when the sreen is black...

After that connect your iPhone/iPodTouch with your Computer and press at the same time the HomeBouton.....

Now your iPod is going to show up in iTunes: all you have to do know is to restore your device

I hope that you can fix the problem putting the iphone in DFU mode with Ziphone (not in recovery mode) after this restore the firmware to 1.1.3 or 1.1.4 and Unlock everything. If this doesen't work restore the Lock with ziphone and hope that the apple's assistence service will fix it without money.
