What type of Metal Dance Pad is that? I've been looking for a Metal Dance Pad that's not too Expensive. Anyway, that is a very Difficult song to AAA, if I tried, i'd fail hard.

At the moment I can pass the arcade version of this song with a B, virtually every time. I have had an A once, but it was a one-off event. I play by hitting the pads with the balls of my feet and that's just how I've been accustomed to playing. I'd like to learn to play with my heels as well, and only lifting my feet an inch or so off the base like you do in this video. Have you got any advice?

Sure the timing window is different, especially with perfect timing, but it isn't hard at al to adjust your play to be able to compensate for the timing window. The pad is a different beast, unless you build your own home pad or rewire an arcade pad to work with a PS2 [which absolutely is doable] the feel will be off [though I don't see how adjusting to the difference is that hard].

[Not to mention that people who know how can hack EXTREME JP to give it timing that matches arcade]

the only way to match arcade timing is to have an arcade machine, you'd need the exact same hardware and everything for it to sync up correctly. home versions count to randoms

@Hason709 well it has been unreliable until me and my dad rebuilt it. before it was rebuilt, I'd rate it a 6. it still works but the wiring like...wears out quickly I assume

It's because they count jumps as 2 steps in the combo, but as 1 step in the judgement.
