We had a few problems from time to time with the myki top up machines with the coin slot being closed, as soon as it is reported, takes about 3 days for a Kamco technician to come and fix it as was the case at Richmond when I worked there as a mykimate.

She should be fired. At least they had a few Brain cells to delay the Tram launch... I can imagine the Gestapo (Ticket Inspectors) having a field day issuing tickets if this is the state of machines on Trams.
