1930s: New Deal Legislation, Democratic President
Result: Poor economic times, but NOT A DEPRESSION

We need to vote for people based on their voting records. If you haven't gone back to read the bills for yourself and checked the voting records then you need to do so. If government would stay out and not back loans then the free market would not give loans to people who are a credit risk. A fed loan is the safest loan, just look at U.S. Savings Bonds. Did you also know that Steve Schmidt, the protege of Karl Rove who was the campaign advisor of BUSH'S 2004 campaign, is the running McCain's campaign?
