Actually, if you listen to some of these guys demos, the bass does have a distortion on it, and it sounds better now that he's stopped using it

@walkinthedusk Well when you use deathgrowls you usually intend to be extreme and brutal, but it doesn't work well when your metal is that clean. Of course some people might enjoy Power Metal with screams, but personnally I would like them better with more distorsion. The band obviously is aware their sound is very clean and that's all right; metal is a wide genre including many different combinations.

They sound like Children of Bodom's first three albums, they sound how COB should sound now. Add the Samurai theme to their music and the Japanese musical influence...This band is amazing...
