@Video85Man dude weather u weld a wire across all the ends or a bolt it is going to take the same amount of time because u have to weld it to each individual wire either way. bean dip
@Video85Man well sherlock if it is such a great idea then you can go do it, using single wires would arch over and ignite the hydrogen in the cell and it takes no more than 20 min unless you have down syndrome

316 L is the rating of your stainless steel. Its surgical/implantable grade. Very hard. Exactly what you want for electrolysis.
