  • I would vote for this guy instead of Martin Hall.

  • Great instructions and info, Mr. Blake! You should have won THE Golf Channel Instructor search contest instead of Martin Hall. Please keep simplifying TGM lingo and KISS like the great teacher Mr. Ernest Jones. Thank you.

  • I had the opportunity to take instructions from Mr. Blake about two weeks ago, I was blown away how fast you can improve under his guidance. His delivery of instruction was second to none, and his teaching center is my dream house. :-)

TGC missed out big time, however, luckily we can still go to Cuscowilla and get taught by Mr. Blake. I can't wait to go back to see him in the spring.

  • clearly this guy has forgotten more about the golf swing than i will ever know, that said. i fought tooth and nail to learn this game and never was better than a 9 until i went with my natural impulse and strength which is swinging the club rather than hitting with it. since converting to a swinging rather than ahitting motion i have never been worse than a 5 and am usually under a 3. for that reason i will disregard any info that claims i should or need to be a hitter to be successful.

  • I seriously doubt they took a vote from their fan base or Hall would never have been chosen. Is there some kind of qouta on the number of English accents needed in golf broadcasting and programming.

  • Lynn without a doubt should have been chosen to be the Academy live Instructor. He has a knowledge base that helps amateurs quickly with continued growth and pros as well.Too bad they were just looking for a GUY with an English accent.I have not learned anything new from Hall and everyone is missing out on the truth behind becoming a better golfer. All I here now is load of Tip Chatter that never adds up anything but alot of noise and cliches.

  • Lynn on the extensor action I don't fully understand are you saying the right arm on takeaway pulls the club to the top? Thank you

  • @mesarock2vh

". . . The right arm is the controlling arm so far as the oblique plane of the swing is concerned."

    SEYMOUR DUNN, Golf Fundamentals, 1922

    :-)

  • This is really well produced.

  • Lynn is the greatest golf thinker out there today..... he's simply way ahead of the rest.

  • At 8:05 in Lynn briefly explain the true secret to golf. The right under arm and shaft alignment... this and the hinge variants is the deepest innings. Listen carefully.

  • Lynn--I've been playing (struggling) at golf for 30 years. This is by far the best explanation of how to get to the proper impact position I have ever seen. Most golf instructors tell you to tilt slightly to the right at address which never made since to me. All I can do when I take that approach is hit behind the ball or top it. You make perfect since my friend and by the way, your presentation is super.

  • Great information there Mr. Blake - thanks for sharing!

  • the best ive sen

  • Lynn should with out a doubt be the be the new instructor for the Golf Channel. In one year of watching his videos at UTUBE I have become a 1-2 handicap from mostly a low 80's and sometimes a completely lost high 80s low 90s.He is the best communicator of the swings most important concrete scientific models.

  • good instruction, I especially like the large club face to show how to keep square.

  • This has been the best 10 minutes I have spent over the past 2 years trying to learn and understand what the golf swing is all about. Thank you, Lynn. You have my vote and my order for your "Alignment Golf" dvd's. Jeff P.

  • great stuff, could really bring TGM to the masses and help everyone learn and play better ... nice swing too

  • TGM is the most illuminating "instruction book" about golf. But the scientific research will never stop. TGM is not comparable to the Bible...

  • Lynn is my hero!

  • Pure gold ! Lynn Blake has changed my life !

  • No big mention of TGM and this is a good thing as far as the general golfing public is concerned. Plus, great lesson delivery and I could listen to Lynn's voice all day.

  • The Hinge Action of an Angular Motion operating on an Inclined Plane. Geometry and Physics will never EVER fail. The Golfing Machine FTW!

  • Lynn: Great ideas on learning the game. Very movement oriented with a focus on proper progression.

  • The golfing world needs Lynn Blake.

  • This is what the Golf Channel needs - the science - not band-aids.

  • Great video, and great teacher. Yoda, you should be the next Golf Channel Instructor. You have my vote!

  • great video lynn

  • Very good. Lynn.

I hope your get the attention you deserve.

  • Easily your best video, Lynn.

1000% the best choice for Golf Channel!!!
