We used to do business with russian company. contracts DO NOT work in russia. they never fully pay or do what they're supposed to. Now we will never look at any russian company again.

I am more then sure that it was a planed western sabotage to raise antirussian emotions in Chinas people, especially in the background of Clintons visit to China. You are the best example for it. As you can here the Captain is trying to contact the Chineese ship by radio and lightpistol and this for 15 hours, if he dont stop someone must payed him for it. they're russian. what do you expect? not just the government! Dont even go into the legal part. But watching the ship sinking and people dying, that's totally inhuman. I rememer 2 people from my company were on a business trip in russia. and they got robbed on a train in Siberia by people in uniform with GUNS pointing at their heads. They took all the cash. What funny is, when our people went to the police station, all the people working there are wearing the same uniform...

Russia was fully witihin her rights to do this. The ship was under investigation for smuggling narcotics. It was told to not leave the port. They defied the order and paid the price.

1. No country in this world allows you to enter or leave a port without any proper authorization or permission. Any illegal across the border should be stopped, by force if warning doesn't work. China will do that, too, if it happens.
2. Russia government is investigating whether there is any wrong doing on the side of Russia border guard ship. There are rules what border guards can or cannot do.

1. Russia government is investigating whether there is any wrong doing on the side of Russia border guard ship. There are rules what border guards can or cannot do.
2. Don't take side on the on-going business dispute between the seller and buyer of the quality of the shipment (rice from Thailand).

the ship owner is a HK company, should notice that HK is now a SAR under PRC regime, that explains its ownership.
