A Wonderful Juvenile Judge from Victory Over Violence

minors under the age of 17 have there frontal lobes still devoloping, what this juge is doing is wrong, However, if a kid comes back a secound and third time....then by all means throw his ass in jail!

This is awesome to see but not practiced. There are Juveniles (14 year olds) that got 4 months in Juvie for forcibly raping a 10 year old ! All they want to do is put them on probation with minimal supervision

This appears to be a good judge who knows how to have an affect on kids without just locking them up like others judges do.We need more judges like this.Does anyone know when this was taped or aired?
