Yep, it's in season 10, episode 13 - 'Internal Combustion'. It's the scene where Greg and Nick are searching the road for evidence of a street race.

@lulu28882 After I saw the CSI episode I went balls to the wall crazy searching for the song lol, I found them on myspace, and they had some (not much) of a bio up... try looking there. I don't remember much of what it said about them, but they are a local band somewhere in.... california? I think

@lulu28882 When I last heard of them, Maata Haari consisted of Sunny Levine on vocals, programming and production, Amir Yaghmai on strings, Giuseppe Patane on bass, Eamon Ryland on guitars, Jed Whedon on keys and Andy Crosby on drums. By now, they all got some solo material out and Sunny has had some success as a producer for Mickey Avalon, Happy Mondays, Pete Yorn and Scarlett Johansson, and Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffiti. It's too bad that most of their stuff is currently out of print.

I was watching that episode of CSI myself..... a couple of minutes in, and I paused it, looked it up the net and straight away bought it for my Ipod !! What a tune !! You got to love it from the first few notes !!!
