Its illegal and legal at the same time because the state doesn't think it's bad! And because states can have their own laws it can be legal there.... Were as federal laws apply throughout all 50, and because it is illegal on a federal level, it is considered a federal offense which is why people get arrested for it. I say if you are in a state were it's legal use it if you want to and if you don't keep you opinions to yourself. I for one wish it was legal in my state :/

It helps, a friend of mine has migraine every day, so when it gets too heavy, she rolls a joint. It only takes 10 min. and she doesnt have any attacks for 10 / 12 hours

Marijuana is the safest of all drugs. It is far safer to smoke a joint than to have a beer. Pot is the drug of choice for people who want to get high, but be responsible in getting high. There are people who do no drugs at all, and that's fine. But for those of you who want to get high and be responsible, Pot is a very good choice.

I live in the UK and suffer from crippling Migraines. My symptoms include partial to total blindness, extreme headaches, nausea, insomnia and I often depression when I have lots of migraines in a short space of time (which is very common).

I have tried using marijuana to treat migraine illegally and it works brilliantly. However I can't get it legally here in the UK, even as a medicine. I have tried ALL other treatments and non of them work. I feel massively failed by my government and the NHS.

This lady is a little confused, it is legal in those states who allow it only because state law over rules federal law. But if you transport it out of a state that allows it you can be in some big trouble if your caught. Honestly I think its really confusing that we have different laws for different states especially if you travel a lot. It's like saying my birth control medication is legal in Arizona and illegal in new mexico it just doesn't make sense!
