You even have old school posers haha. I guess its good to mix up the posing do some old school stuff and more up to date stuff. When doing your individual routine you can throw in old poses but when doing the compare with other get back to what is now that way you don't look out of place. And the old school posers...they might thing your trying to hide something so I would go with the more up to date posers. Just some thoughts.
@fightingfoo2 thanks man, also one more dumb thing i did which i never did before that contest day was i arched my upper back out alot in my back dbl bicep, shoulda just posed it like usual

1st contest, you did great, it's a big learning experience. You already know, what to work on, next time, you'll do great. Looked great !!!
