But it seems like she is using a mins and secs timer, as she was hesitating when she reached 100. She said something at the end that meant like 'congratulations! It is now 3 mins. Enjoy your meal!' or something near to that effect. So I guess the video is for people to time for instant noodles? so they don't need to be staring at the clock, but listening to her and seeing Saber count.
