well first of all, on a quad there's four tires, which means that no matter what happens, you'll eventually hit some terrain that will "rock" the quad left or right (not just up n down), and if you hit a bump with one tire, but not the other, then the handle bars will jerk and the twist throttle might gun it a little, or ease up a bit.

i noticed a difference in the 2, the 4.1 is a very nice pipe, and when i put the mega bomb header on, beleive it or not i noticed quite a difference. But thats my race pipe and my sparks, i cut it down a bit an made it my sand pipe, it is way loud. But i prefer my FMF 4.1 any day.

hey twist throttles are fuckin good i got one on my 416exand i have bin riding for a good 11 years so its no big deal if u bin riding for 14 years soo i just rather a twist and thumb a twist u get better responce on the throttle more control of the throttle.and u get better grip on the handle bars ur not holding on with 4 figers .. its not like i hate thumb throttle but i prefur twist.
