you know, huge body builders like this looks like they could lift a house, but they really arent any stronger than just youre average weight lifter. there is a difference is being strong, and having huge muscles. if you lift the maximum amount that you can for about 12 times, then rest, then do it again, you will be much stronger than if you lift half as much as max 200 times. when you do tons of reps like that without stopping it tears the muscle tissue and causes growth making you look strong.
