@ShadowWolfRising Late response, but I'd say that they didn't expect the boys to land anywhere near the rock - it was in the middle of the river, and they should have fallen straight down. In fact, they probably did and momentum pushed them towards the middle.

I'd argue that Yosuke did deserve it, since he was being pretty pushy when getting them into swimsuits, but Seto didn't. Yukiko shoving Kanji seemed more like a misunderstanding; she thought he was aroused because of the nosebleed.

@ShadowWolfRising The water is up to their shoulders. They're hunched over a bit, but it's still way higher than knee-deep. You won't even hit the bottom unless you're going in vertically (so, a dive, or feet first).
