Depeche Mode's Enjoy The Silence is a good example. Lacuna Coil's cover is a great one, HIM's cover is great too, for me they're better than the original, but the covers from Breaking Benjamin or Anberlin are a total fail IMO. Just because sh** is the same color as chocolate doesn't mean it tastes the same.
