i like it pretty much just because of that! it's easy to do a cover of some song when your voice sounds exactly the same while it's quite hard to sing another one's song in your own style.

when some interpret sounds pretty similar to the original's singer you will keep comparing them. but when it's sung in a totally different way (reminded me of evanescence!) it nearly is a whole new song.

p.s.: would even be great if she wasn't that pretty!
