I have Volumes 1&2, they came in the Military History Collection boxset. Whilst the content is fairly good, the video production quality is appalling. From episode to episode the frame size and position is all over the place. I dont think you would notice on 320x240 screen, but on TV its awfully pixellated and heavily interlaced. By comparison BBC and HIstory Channel DVD's don't have no such problems. I also prefer Robert Powell as a narrator, some of the narrators on your DVD's are abysmal.

how do we know that the jews werent a problem in germany? maybe there was reason behind the hate? i mean you dont just hate a whole group of people for no reason...something must have happened ,as in the beginning he actually helped germany and became leader based on his popularity.. i mean most ppl dont beccome leader and then think ok now im going to kill off a race of people

@arlichar11 It doesnt matter why he hated jews, it is the fact that he killed them that was the problem. Anyone is allowed to hate anyone, but killing the people you hate is a no-no. Hitler also became leader because the Versailles treaty screwed Germany over and Hitler basically told Germans what they wanted to hear at that time i.e. "Germany is a proud people, screwed over by Jews and the Allies. I will return Germany to its rightful place of power'. Germany ended up worse than ever.

david irving wrote a remarkable autobiography of goring. he did find some documents inc a telling diary belonging to his step son. it would appear that goring did not, in fact, ever recover from his herion addiction untin he was jailed prior to the trials. it would explain his, often erratic behaviour. it does not excuse the fact that he was a mass murderer and the epitome of evil. i have not, as yet, come to any understanding as to his purpose, apart from his having rich friends.

@johneunson I know he was neglected by his father and perhaps his mother, too, who was involved in an affair with his Jewish godfather. Then his first wife, with whom he was obsessed, died. It's quite possible that he was always trying to fill an inner emptiness power and possessions. Taken with the drug use, it's classic behavior. He also had a dual personality - he could kill without mercy, yet he was fiercly protective of those he loved. He saved several Jewish friends from the death camps.
