  • @CORdieo18 5'3"

  • anyone in the world can 3 step its just a matter of being comfortable with it or not. (don't quote me on that obviously midgets and fat people are an exception lmaoo)

  • how tall is he

  • God, you poeple that think this is race length are dumbasses. HE'S TRAINING IT SAYS IT IN THE FUCKING TITLE.

  • Stop exactly at 0:42 - now THATS how you do it!

  • @ Runner110 sai dove scarikare il rxm ???? mi piace moltixximo!!!!

  • @ Runner110 sai dove scarikare il rxm ???? mi piace moltixximo!!!!

  • @ runner110 sapete dove scarikare questo remix ?? mi piace moltoooo!!!!

  • he takes too many steps....he must be very short

  • @mixmastergee68 umm...he takes 3 steps..the very same number by EVERY athlete in the event. 2 is impossible and means that alternate lead legs are required- which isnt a good thing as technique suffers. that being said, it seems that these hurdles are closer together than the usual distance. FWIW unless you have great speed, even 3 steps between the hurdles is difficult..many athletes need 4..which again is alternate front legs and is slow and messy..so if u dont get 3, forget it.

  • bene ! dovresti migliorare un pò la tecnica con le braccia sennò è ok ! ;)

  • is this high school level?

  • What song is this?

  • damn that was amazing... you're trail leg is fast

  • hah his arms like that cause its such a short distance and he has an amazing quickness from the time he leaves the ground to the time he touches after the hurdle. His form reminds me of ryan braithwae who won the outdoor world athletics last year

  • what is the music?

  • very very nice

  • Hey runner110, has your coach taught you to keep your trail arm by your side instead of pulling it backwards?

My biggest rival in the UK does this and he is coached by Collin Jacksons old coach. I am self-coached, and need some tips. Also what time do you run?

    Thanks

  • those look like the 42' not the norm high 39's

  • the normal height is 42". 39" are for juniors (like me).

  • @rightyourwrong They're 42" cuz this is college. 39" is "normal" for HS

  • genial o cara manda muito bem e a mixagem tb

  • the hurdles are very short to create the high speed and work your feet between the hurdles. High frequency. I think it's 24ft. between.

  • wen im running the hurdles do i jump off the same foot?

  • @runner110 they are only short if you are fast...most people find it difficult to even get the 3- im sure you know this.

  • How far apart are the hurdles for this kind of training?

  • i'd like to know this too.

  • His arms are a bit weird

  • Ik wil je!!!!

  • nice work, good footspeed over the hurdle, but whats with your left arm? it aint moving backwards while u're clearing! well everybody has his own technique! keep up the work

  • I think his coach has taught him to do this. I have a feeling it is a secret some coaches know about that helps accelerate hurdle clearance.
