@YuukoFea Yeah... I had that problem. Something about the textures. Most likely, the japanese characters messed up. I had to go in with Pmd editor and rename the textures and reattach them. Pm me, and I can help you some more with this problem, if you like.
When i load the model the face is all white D: i keep downloading and making sure all the files are there, but the face still shows up white :( do you know how to fix that?
@MikuHatsune3331 It's her textures. Kio labeled them in japanese letters, and most likely your computer wouldn't read them. I had to go in and renamed them and reattach them to the model with Pmdeditor. (Pm me if you need more help)
@TheMASTERCHS *Pats head* It's okay. I was like you for a long time until I finally broke down and made myself learn how to use it. Lol. It's simple once you learn, but very time consuming and confusing for a beginner. I've wasted a lot of days playing with MMD. ^.^;; I just wish I could run MME on my computer. D: (MME makes MMD videos look amazing depending on the effect you're using. You should check some vids out where it's used.)

There are parts of my cul model that are white. Same with gothic maid miku. such as the skin and eyes
