  • 0:00 - 0:30 EPIC FAIL + LOL

  • They don't even bother to make Olivier look like MacArthur or make anything look like the 1950s.

  • 1:38-- that must be one of the scenes where they had characters in 1970s fashion, when this is supposed to take place in the early 50's.

  • This is not from the original theatrical release, but from an edited release that appeared on cable once or twice.

  • So the edited version had the deleted Janssen/Reed scenes?

  • What you see is the version from cable that included both Janssen and Rex Reed.

    The theatrical release did not.

  • I don't understand something here that maybe someone can help me out with...The movie had to go through a reshooting process after one of the film's stars, David Janssen, died during production.] Janssen's scenes were cut from the final version of the film, as were those of Rex Reed, per Wikipedia. Yet I see them both here in the closing scene. I guess Wiki got it wrong?

  • Warmer Music Group cited the Jerry Goldsmith soundtrack used in the closing credits for copyright infringement.

So no dialogue now, but the lovely overlay of music from Patricia Spero in a piece entitled "Cloud Forest" courtesy of youtube's Audioswap.

    Use your imagination.

  • a story that might still be told better someday

  • Ah Inchon! Classic big-budget bomb that has sadly since fallen into obscurity.

  • But it's important to remember "that bad movies never die, they just fade away."
