if you mean evolve it evolves every 10 levels and stops at 120.

i don't think it will stop at level 120, Aran max lvl was 200, no one is sure what the max lvl will be until they show it o.o

the dragon is the same lvl your are, it becomes your weapon. You have control of your dragon u add skill points to his/her attacks.
