I've tried several 411 services and I think 1-800-411-SAVE is the best and it won't even cost you a penny.

Who wants to call some number, when you can text (Google) "46645" and get an answer in 5 secs? You can also get scores, currency conversions, calculations, ect...

goog 411 is good but the best is 1-800-info-fast or 1-800-463-6327. They use live operators and you can't ask goog 411 the score of the lakers celtics game. Live people way better than ivr's.
