don't know about ebay $40 mandolin's but musician's friend rogue's are the ones I have and for the money their great!

Thanks! No, not unless they flew all the way from Scotland to LA. The bluffs are from around the Santa Monica Beach - I thought they kind of looked like Scottish hillsides.
