It's good to see more towns are becoming more biker friendly. Unfortunately for the bus system of Pittsburgh, cut backs are being talked about, which means I may need to driving to work again :(

Intro is a bit long, but a good idea.
Maintain eye-line during interviews, particularly if they are sit-downs.
